Cathy, the b&w's are a bit blown out as costco comes back a bit darker. they won't be quite as grey as you see here. any thoughts? preferences?

hey hey hey! there's a giveaway on the write.click.scrapbook site. it's some stuff from ali edwards. you should check it out!

so here are two of the three teacher gifts i made this year.

inside there are pictures of each student (that i took the last week of school) and room for them to sign their names.

the inside is filled with papers from cosmo cricket's girl friday line (which about makes makes the heavens part with radiant voice for me), scenic route's asheville collection, and my minds eye's grow line.

And my favorite part? the ribbons, of course.

Quick and easy looking, but the 51 photo edits, sizings, and printings times 3 about put me under on an already busy week. But they seemed to love them and hopefully they will be treasured.

And now, summer has begun. And we couldn't be happier.

welcome back

why is it i can't seem to post more regularly? why does laundry have to take precedence? hey, maybe now that summer is here, it won't have to as we can live in swimsuits and just rinse them in the sink each night. ooh, baby! it's gonna be great! summer's awesome...

i have a new layout to share, and a teacher gift, but first, wanna shop with me? i have been in a shopping mood lately. something fierce. always happens when the money runs out... but a girl can dream, right?

first, my phone is dreadful. and i am needing a new portable calendar system, so how about this?

Isn't it pretty? It's a palm pre and is both touch screen and qwerty. And before you go thinking that that keyboard is too small, please know my fingers failed to grow to human size...hahaha.

Next up, a new suit. June 15th.

This suit is from lime ricki and is out of stock until june 15th. or, if you really like it and are my size, then june 16th. (that way you won't buy it out before i get there....oooh, i am so sneaky!) I am hoping that that black band will hold the girls up where they are supposed to be and not where they want to be after 4 years, 6 months, and 30 days of continuous nursing.

Then, my sweet friend, Elizabeth, had to go and mention that maybe Trixie Belden books are available to buy.

Darn it. I can't start. I have already begun trying to finish out my old Nancy Drew collection, and can't possibly start in on Trixie Belden, can I? No. Well, unless of course you know me and then the answer is a resonating, albeit head shaking, yes.

Oh, and what about these?

I was hoping the legs came with them, but am betting that costs extra. (something in the neighborhood of good genes + a gym pass + a personal trainer + more than just a passing desire) And well, it's only day 2 of summer and already the laziness is setting in. So, maybe just the shoes...

And just one last quick fun thing...

And lastly, some shopping already done. The new 39 Clues is out

and Nigel is being kind enough to let me read first. (Truthfully, he has trouble not divulging all the good parts as he reads, so he has been relegated to second string on this one!) So far, it's a really really good one! Any of you with pre teen kids that are good little readers, you should try them. They are like Da Vince Code's for kids. Fun fun books.

Alright, the kids are hungry and i missed by noon deadline for getting dressed! See you soon with some scrapbooking fun!
